Every Silke Noir order is dispatched in our signature packaging, prepared with care.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Delivery

Available delivery options and estimated timings are shown at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

Customs & duties

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
