Returns & Refunds
At Silke Noir, every order is checked by hand before it ships. Because our products are intimate apparel, we follow strict hygiene standards on returns. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Worn or opened items cannot be returned
Due to the intimate nature of hosiery and bodywear, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any item that has been worn, opened, or removed from its sealed original packaging. This is a hygiene measure and applies to all hosiery, stockings, bodysuits, and legwear, in line with standard practice for intimate apparel.
Unworn, sealed items
If an item is unworn and still sealed in its original, unopened packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@silkenoir.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@silkenoir.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
For a sizing exchange on an unworn, sealed item, email hello@silkenoir.com within 14 days and we will help you find the right fit, subject to availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item is faulty.
