Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Every order is dispatched in signature Silke Noir packaging. Delivery options and timing are confirmed at checkout. [Update with your supplier and carrier details once confirmed.]

Returns

Because hosiery is an intimate product, returns are accepted only on items that are unworn and sealed in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Once opened, hosiery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

For a sizing exchange on an unopened item, write to hello@silkenoir.com and we’ll arrange it.

Faulty items

If anything arrives less than perfect, contact us within 7 days at hello@silkenoir.com with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
